My journey truly began when I hit rock bottom. I’ve faced numerous challenges throughout my life: my parents’ separation when I was 8, the difficulties with my stepmother, and the tragic loss of my father, who was murdered when I was 23. Despite these hardships, I became the pillar of strength for my family. One significant moment was when I granted forgiveness to my father’s criminal, whom I met in prison back in 2006 without guards or handcuffs.

Whether you’re seeking guidance on overcoming life’s obstacles without shame or guilt, striving to find fulfillment while climbing the corporate ladder, or aiming to break free from the cycle of people-pleasing, you’ve come to the right place.

For over three decades, I’ve dedicated myself to being a Life Coach, Mediator, Meditation Teacher, Yoga Instructor, Ancient Yoga Therapist, and Human Behavior Specialist. The behaviour pattern of people pleasing, conflict & resentment

As she walks into the office on a new Monday morning, she tries her best to feel good. She wonders what the week will bring & that maybe… this week… she WILL be happy.

She wishes that she didn’t say yes to helping her coworker with that project ~ because ultimately she is now doing two jobs.

Feeling tired already, she wonders if she didn’t have to hold space & spend so much time handling her parents seemingly never ending needs ~ that maybe she would have enjoyed her weekend.

Her phone beeps and it’s her friend… another text about how terrible her relationship is. She sighs, looks up out into the distance. Her stomach tightens as she knows she also needs to work on her relationship. 

She feels the anger and frustration starting to rise. Tears welling at the back of her eyes. She is happy to help ~ and in fact she wants to, but she never seems to receive anything in return. In her mind she says ‘I’m so tired, and I’ve got nothing left to give’.

Olivia guided me through a practice that brought life back into my mind and body. I felt energised, and had regained my desire to fully participate in my own life, I felt grounded and alive again, I am back on track.
