Olivia Shanti is the only practitioner of Ancient Indian Warrior Practice outside Asia for the last 10 years.

The Incredible Powers of the Ancient Siddhars

This ancient form of yoga therapy was taught by healers called siddhars to warriors 6,000 years ago to keep them fit, maintain healthy organs, and cultivate a calm mind. Siddha Yoga Therapy is part of Siddha medicine, the precursor to Ayurvedic medicine, which was practiced in the southern part of India, especially in the Tamil region. It is generally identified as one of the most ancient of indigenous Indian medical traditions, dating back well before the beginning of the Common Era (CE).

Many women and men of all ages whom I connect with feel despaired and stressed with their lives and work. Most of them have no idea what they really want to do. This disconnect between their mind and body leads to a lack of energy and uncertainty about where to start to feel better.

IMPORTANT

  • No prior experience with yoga is required, and this practice is recommended for everyone.

  • You don’t need to be flexible to participate.

  • Please have an empty stomach at least one hour before the session.

  • Drink water before the session, as no beverages are recommended during the session.

  • Wear comfortable clothes.

You will regularly find me in Europe, the USA, Asia, the Middle East, and Australia.

I was born and raised in France, but traveling and living around the world has always been a way of life for me. Currently, I live in Tahiti, French Polynesia, but I frequently travel to Europe, the USA, Asia, the Middle East, and Australia.

Experiencing the diverse cultures of the world is a beautiful thing, and I believe it fosters compassion and resilience.
